CINCINNATI (FOX19) - An Ohio Department of Natural Resources officer is finally back home after he was shot and hospitalized for several months.
He was hospitalized for months and even had to spend weeks in the ICU.
Behr received a police escort on Thursday back to his home where can continue his recovery.

Three men have been charged in connection with the shooting, but prosecutors say it was Brian Liming, 43, who fired the shot.

HILLSBORO, Ohio â One week after he died from a medical emergency while responding to a call for help at Rocky Fork State Park, Ohio Department of Natural Resources Officer Jason Lagore was laid to rest Wednesday.
His colleagues, family and friends, along with several law enforcement departments from the area gathered at Bible Baptist Church in Wilmington Wednesday morning for the funeral service.

Feb. 25—A Greene County site will soon be a new state park educating people about Tecumseh and the Shawnee Indian tribe during their time spent in the area. Ohio has agreed to buy about 0.7 acres of land for $260,000 that currently houses the Tecumseh Motel on U.S. 68 north of Xenia.
