New Zealander closer to deportation after killing Mackay man Tim Pullen in 2012 © Provided by ABC NEWS The Federal Court has dismissed Zane Tay Lincoln s application for a review.  (ABC News) A New Zealand man convicted of manslaughter is a step closer to being deported from Australia after his push for a legal review of his visa cancellation was denied. Zane Tray Lincoln was one of six people involved in the abduction and killing of Mackay man Timothy John Pullen in April 2012. Mr Pullen, 34, was killed over a drug debt and his body was dumped near Collinsville, north-west of Mackay, but his body was not found.

The offence occurred the morning of August 19, 2019 at Stapylton outside the Gem Hotel. Odin s Warriors were having a known event in the vicinity and as such police were performing stationary licence checks at the hotel s service station.
