One Piece has kicked off the War on Onigashima with the promo for the next episode of the series! Once the Oden Flashback came to an end, the anime returned to the events of the Wano Country arc s third act with a major vengeance. With some huge reveals and shake ups in the following episodes, the newest episode of the series saw a newly and fully developed Straw Hat line up all gather together in the same place. Hilariously, this same place actually ended up being the front line for Kaido s forces at Onigashima.

As Luffy and the Straw Hat crew have finally brought their full line up together at last with the addition of Jinbe in the newest episode (which actually brought yet another update to the opening theme sequence), the anime is getting ready to kick off the raid (and thus war) on Onigashima in full. One Piece s Wano Country arc has been spending the first half of its third act exploring Oden Kozuki s past and his adventures in Wano and through the rest of the seas as part of both Whitebeard and Gol D. Roger s crews. While these oceanic adventures were important in revealing some of the major aspects of the series lore, the newest episode was probably the most important for Wano yet as Oden finally returned home.
