Odebrecht Trial resumes in the Dominican Republic
Santo Domingo, Jan 8 (Prensa Latina) The First Collegiate Court of the National District of the Dominican Republic has resumed on Friday the trial of six people involved in the Odebrecht case with the presence of three witnesses from this multinational.
The court issued an order for witnesses Mauricio Dantas and Rodrigo Maluf Cardoza, as well as former Odebrecht manager Marcelo Hofke, to testify this Friday.
Hofke was summoned to ratify in court the agreement made between Odebrecht and the Public Prosecutor s Office and to tell everything he knows about the bribes.
