Boohoo appoints new auditor to replace PwC
PKF Littlejohn takes over at fast fashion retailer, which is one of several firms to be ditched by their auditors amid increasing scrutiny

Boohoo has appointed accountant PKF Littlejohn as its auditor after major firms refused to work for the retailer when PwC quit amid fears for its reputation.
The online fast fashion retailer shocked markets in October when it announced that PwC had suddenly resigned from the role after seven years.
Major audit firms, including some of the Big Four and their main challengers BDO and Grant Thornton refused to pitch for the role amid concerns over the company’s governance,
