A 30-year-old barber, Faith Samuel, was on Wednesday docked in an Upper Customary Court in Kafanchan, Kaduna State, for allegedly stealing foodstuff. The police charged Samuel with criminal trespass, burglary, mischief and theft, contrary to the provisions of sections 327, 331, 312 and 270 of the Kaduna State Penal Code Law. The Police Prosecutor, Insp
