Tustin Nonprofit Expands With Help of Mystery Millionaire An anonymous $4 million donation has helped a Tustin, California, nonprofit expand a facility that helps homeless veterans get off the streets. Orange County Rescue Mission began working to expand its Tustin Veterans Outpost site last year after that mystery donation allowed it to realize a long-held dream of growing the center. “We started talking to the veterans, and their needs were not just shelter, but to have a complete program to be able to address PTSD, health care, and being able to live in a community with other veterans,” Orange County Rescue Mission President Jim Palmer told The Epoch Times.

Orange County Rescue Mission is hosting its 7th Annual OC Children’s Business Fair, an event put on to encourage money savviness and creativity for children residing and thriving at the Rescue Mission.
