TRUSSVILLE Trussville Parks and Recreation will host a chili cookoff and obstacle course race on Saturday, Feb. 6, 2021. The dual event will be held at the Trussville Civic Center from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.
The chili cookoff will be in the exhibit hall. Participants should arrive at 9 a.m. Judging will take place from 11 a.m. until noon. Participants must pay a $50 entry fee. Categories will include People’s Choice, Not Your Grandma’s Chili, Where’s the Beef? and Fire in the Belly!
Doors will open to the public at noon and general admission will be $5.
