Man who kicked car injured his foot | The Oban Times

A man kicked out at a car and injured his foot, Oban Sheriff Court has been told. Anthony Murray, aged 41, of 6 Bay View Caravan Site, Ledaig, pleaded guilty to causing damage to the wing mirror of a Peugeot parked at Lochside Street, Oban. David Glancy, procurator fiscal, told the court on Tuesday December 15, that the incident happened in a side street by Tesco car park on March 30, 2020. The accused had been walking with companions and had lost his temper, kicking out at the parked vehicle. The nearside wing mirror became detached and was left hanging only by a wire, said Mr Glancy.
