7.1. that s very specific. that s a good number for the white house. the question is how many were actually paid. how many were duplicates. looking at a rand study that says just 23 percent who signed up by monday night and only a fraction of them had been paid. they say that 850,000 previously uninsured have paid by monday night. it s always about the money, isn t it? never about the people. 7.1 million people are now going to have healthcare. millions others are going to be on board. but that s not really part of the story. see don t believe these folks on the couch. said monday, americans are making their obamacare payments. what we know from insurance companies and again, stan, the
lees are scared. how many are signing up out of fear? how many thing oh my god if they don t sign up of fear? how many think if they don t sign up they are going to pay a penalty and go to jail. probably all of them. the real fear monger is limbaugh himself. people are divorcing in order to afford obamacare. it is busting up families. obamacare is going to increase the divorce rate. they were caught trying to sneak in the death panels. it is long lines. it is red tape. it s delays in care. it s denials of coverage. you re going to get divorced because you got health care. that is a hell of a tactic. americans are overjoyed to have
years. 7.1 million people have signed up for the affordable care act. and 15 million people have been affected by it. that should give us confidence that we can overcome the forces that are in the political arena that outbank us so to speak. our next question is from holly. she wants to know how do you get non-voting democrats to the poles? one thing. the other side are the republicans, they want to take away your healthcare, your pension. they are the take away party. and if that doesn t motivate people i don t know what will. stick around.
