it s possible that is something we will hear from the president when he gets up to deliver this speech to members of congress tonight. members in both parties. there has been some discussion about how open the president has been to this kind of immigration bill or to an immigration bill, period, since he took office on january 20th. i would note a couple of other highlights from the speech, kate. the preview we keep getting from administration officials is that the opening line is going to be what they believe is a powerful one. so watch for the president to come out of the gate pretty strongly on that front. we expect to hear about not just jobs, the economy the firster part of this speech, but about national security. about his america first agenda, what the president has talked about before, in addition to things like nato, things like space exploration. things like education, too. the end of his speech we are told is intended to be this call for unity, this optimistic tone in parti
