it is a situation growing worse by the hour. the obama administration is saying it is weighing options including the possibility of welcoming more syrian refuges into america. a group of senate democrats has been urging the u.s. to accept 60,000 from the country but top officials are warning that isis could slip through the cracks and coming into the country. john bolton is explaining the terror threats in light of germany expecting to take in 800,000 of the refuges just this year alone. they are not all going to make it to germany and stay
running with warren and those followers slide in happily with that ticket and the republicans have a problem. progressives want bernie sanders and know that is impractical. if warren and joe biden come out i think that is an unstoppable ticket. and biden has to embrace the obama administration which has been very progressive. he is embracing a progressive legacy he is the vice president of. he is going to need the obama infrastructure because he is getting in late. having that obama for america which is renamed and having that behind him helps. we have to give him credit. he can be spontaneous in a nervous, sort of way. but there is no body who knows him that says you cannot help but like him. he is funny and spontaneous. i think to your point he will have all of the obama
you unhappy, but one of the things he s doing is inviting them to join tpp. and now china is indicating interest in joining tp pfp. but the data in what s happened is cat trofrastrophic. not only did our imports increase, but exports declined 11%. so the trade deficit has increased 47% which equates to about 60,000 more u.s. jobs gone. and the notion now that the president would be trying to do more of the same with tpp is so outrageous. so the good news, the public basically in the u.s. has woken up and are saying no. you don t want to have a tpp, make sure your member of congress says no trade authority. but the president s new employ, and this might be something to check in on tomorrow, is, well, whatever you think about the economics, this is really important for national security. that s always the last resort
wallock, global trade watch. great to have you with us tonight. the president is going overseas, he doesn t have his party s support on this. does this put him in a tight spot? i mean how much push back is there from congress and does it matter at this point? i just got back from japan last mignight and one of the ths i was telling the parliamentarians whether is that the u.s. congress has not given president obama trade authority for the tpp. because in japan, the public just like here as they have learned what that agreement really is about and what it could do, all the new corporate powers, opposition is growing. so it seemed important that people there knew that here, as well, even if president obama is trying to push it, that congress hasn t given them the authority to actually make a deal. so how critical is this trip for the president to close this deal? could he close this deal and do
there are four republicans vying for the state. three of them are spending massive amounts of money for a chance to help john boehner do one thing and that is obstruct president obama s edagenda. florida s 19th congressional district votes republican. you can count on it. i mean it s more than an uphill battle for the democrats. and whoever wins today s primary will likely be the next congressional member from florida. hopefully they will have better luck than the last guy. but let s take a look at today s candidates and their bank accounts. because that is the new america. first up, we have former florida representative page griegel. he s krased $327,000. however he s had super pacs toss in support. up next, elizabeth benacquisto.
