The driver of that dump truck was pinned under his vehicle. First responders were able to get the man out, but they were unable to save him. Everyone on the muni bus is okay. But five passengers suffered minor injuries. At one point the crash blocked the three right lines on southbound 101 causing this mess. Two northbound lanes were also blocked by emergency vehicles.
