Well police followed a vehicle they believed to be stolen by a driver armed with a firearm this happened a little after 11 00pm last night, the pursuit ended when the vehicle crashed into the rear of an unoccupied parked vehicle. Now police say the driver exited the vehicle while holding an assaultstyle firearms. Thats when the officer with the San Leandro Police department discharged his weapon fatally shooting that man.
