40s and 50s, chris. Now to developing news out of the south bay. Deputies have a suspect in custody after a shooting at a bar and Bowling Alley and cupertino. Santa clara sheriffs deputies were called to the location at 10 30 last night. Witnesses say a fight broke out at a party for a local rapper. Then gunshots. I ran through the hallway of the Bowling Alley. I was ducking underneath where they stage the balls. And i went to go into the girls bathroom when i heard gunshots on the other side of the lockers. Deputies say one person was shot in the leg. They arrested a suspect in connection with the shooting and found two guns at the scene. Anyone with video or information about the incident is urged to contact authorities. This morning, were learning more about the man accused of plotting a terror attack at San Franciscos pier 39. Details as the couple appeared in court and entered not guilty pleas to all counts of torture and abuse. As Jonathan Hunt tells us, the siblings who range in age from 2 to 29 were so severely malnourished that they appeared younger than their ages with the 29yearold weighing 82 pounds. He tells of what went on inside the home. David and Louise Turpin are being charged with several counts of torturing and holding their 13 children captive. The abuse and severe neglect intensified over time. The District Attorney provide providing a snapshot of the unimaginable conditions inside of the virtual prison saying the children were only allowed to shower twice a year. Food was rationed and they slept all day and were awake all night. The victims told officials the parents would chain them, beat them and even strangle them as punishment. The punishments would last for weeks or months at a time. All of the victims are severely malnourished and some lack basic cognitive functions as a result of th
