from oakland and surrounding departments. vans and buses lined up as well. the camp here at frank agawa has been here for more than a month. about 100 tents remain. even after four written eviction notices. from the city. and many of these people say they have no intention of leaving. and we did speak with some representatives from several unions out here, supporting them this morning. i think it is horrible that the city of oakland and mayor gene quan are using precious resources to quell a movement that is really speaking out for the disenfranchised. we need to be out here on the lines because they represent a lot of the things that labor unions fight for. all right, now, again, there are about 500 people here, surrounding the encampment. there are also people in the camp. and i did speak with one of the protesters out here, who says basically the good guys are on the outside. and that some of these block members, the ones who have caused trouble in the past, are the
