Clouds coming up Southern California, not producing any rain for them and then that weak system to the left, otherwise except for the higher clouds and hazy skies we start off with 30s, 40s and 50s. That the explosion took place on a subway platform. Now, we have referred repeatedly that the bomber was injured but getting conflicting reports about how many other people may have been injured. There are a number of subway and transit lines running through that area, which is, as you can tell, a potential soft target. Now, police say there are major changes and disruptions to most of the subway and bus lines. Passengers have been evacuated as a precaution. Investigators and a Large Police Presence still in place on alert for the possibility of further incidents. We are continuing to monitor social media as well as our affiliate there in new york city trying to get the very latest on this explosion. Again, that explosion happening at around 7 30 new york time at Port Authority. This would have been during the height of the morning commute with the potential for lots of injuries in that area. We will continue monitoring those developments and bring them to you throughout the morning. T

Thats the one good news, but its still very dry, and that easterly breeze looks like it will continue most of the week, probably. I really dont see much change unless we get some cloud cover. A lot of those higher clouds will filter in from san jose south. 30s, 40s, and 150s. Locations very warm. There are some that are cold. Upper 20s in occidental. There is your easterly breeze coming in from the delta, over san pablo bay, over towards the coast. I dont see much change in this pattern. 60s in the temperatures to a few near 71 degrees. Parts of the bay area and high def doppler lit up this morning and green and yellow in some parts and a nice shot, clear shot of the bay bridge this morning and that is tracking the forecast. A weak storm coming through overnight and right now very light drizzle for parts of the north bay. As far as rain totals go, we got about a tenth of an inch for places like santa rosa. Its all pretty much moved out east. Now the foothills and the Higher Elevation and parts of the sierra and whats behind him is all the fog and were impacted by more of the wet roads out there and not too bad and no bonding occurred and not enough rain fall and notice what hit the roads is half mile visibility at halfmoon bay and dropping right there. Napa improving a bit and getting a bit of wind there thats helping push that fog out but santa rosa down to 1. 7 mile visibility and dense fog advisory in effect till 11 1 00 this morning 11 00 this morning and if youre heading out east at all, visibility near zero.
