We begin with new details on an expanding rape case in pacifica. Reporter the suspect is accused of drugging all the victims before raping them. Now investigators believe he invited others to participate in the rapes, which the suspect allegedly videotaped, as well. Police arrested Joseph Kourtney july 28th at his home.
