WEST NYACK, NY A blood drive coming up June 10 at the West Nyack Firehouse is a thank-you gift from a longtime local family to the community and to all those who donate blood.
Denis Muller, a 2019 graduate of Clarkstown South High School, is at home recovering from emergency open-heart surgery and complications including additional procedures. All of that was happening while his grandmother was dying.

Join the Stephen P. Driscoll Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) Lodge is holding a blood drive tomorrow Saturday, DECEMBER 26TH, 2020 from 10:00am till 8:00pm at the Daniel O’Brien VFW Hall located at 32 Gleneida Ave (Rt.52) in Carmel, NY 10512
Like their summer drive blood drive, they are enduring a most difficult time. This pandemic has created challenges for many in our area and this is certainly true for the blood supply. The blood supply is at a critical level and the recent snow storm has made a bad situation worse.
With the abundance of caution for the donors and staff, the drive will have proper social distancing, sanitizing and mandatory mask wearing. Please note that the drive has the same expanded hours, 10:00 to 8:00
