The first alert for this afternoon and this evening will start with snow developing during the afternoon. And into the early evening commute hours, the atmosphere will be warming. So the snow changes over to freezing rain. As the surface will still be frozen. So the rain comes down and freezes, and that will lead to hazardous travel later this afternoon and this evening.
