And some of us need health care some of the time but all of us need health and wellbeing all of the time. So im hoping that in the future we continue to talk about patientcentered care a tremendous advance and talk about personcentered care that brings the wellness and prevention themes into discussion. Also, populationcentered care. We have a country growing rapidly diverse by the day and many of you may know the projections by 2043 well be a majority minority country. Im the sop of korean immigrants so im very, very sensitive to those issues and we can talk about diversity not just by race and ethnicity, sexual orientation, level of disability, geography, income and other dimensions so we need health to care for all populations throughout the life course, talk about health and wellbeing, not just about health care, and im hoping that those are some of the themes that we can start integrating as we move the discussion forward.
