El borrador de la Estrategia contra la Despoblación en Castilla-La Mancha, abierto a exposición pública desde el pasado día 9 hasta el 29 de este mes, incorpora el listado de los 204 municipios de la provincia y la clasificación según la población, el envejecimiento o la cercanía a un núcleo urbano importante. La inclusión en zonas de riesgo o de intensa o extrema despoblación evidencia que los vecinos se podrán beneficiar de las ayudas de la Junta para intentar corregir la devaluación de estas zonas de la provincia con un devenir en depresión. En total, figuran 75 poblaciones, con sus correspondientes pedanías, el 36 por ciento de la provincia.
