Think about the fact that the average employee at the department of education makes 103,000 per year and the average teacher makes 50,000. People keep telling we have a money problem in education. I think we have a priority problem. We are supposed to spend 700 billion annually on education. We can do better. We should demand better. The second part of the choice act, kids with special needs deserve to maximize their individual potential. Everyone in america deserves to understand their own potential.
