Service providers fed-up with KZN department’s non-payment By Given Majola Share DURBAN - FED-UP service providers to the KwaZulu-Natal Human Settlements and Public Works Department have indicated their discontent with the department’s failure to settle invoices timeously and are threatening to take legal action against the department if the situation does not improve.
