In a statement Friday, Integrity Monitoring and Enforcement Group (IMEG) chief Brig. Gen. Warren de Leon said his office and the Highway Patrol Group (HPG) have been conducting lockdowns for the measure in several police camps since Jan. 27. "Since January 27 to 31, 2023, we have inspected a total of 2,213 motor vehicles and motorcycles in various camps in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao," De Leon said. Of the total number of inspected vehicles, 36 individuals were issued with citation tickets 16 of whom were PNP personnel. The rest of the apprehended violators were civilians and other government agencies who were visiting the camp.
