The Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC Director of Finance and Accounts, Mr. Eno Ubi Otu, has been arrested and grilled by operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC. It was learnt that the Director was detained in relation to a case of alleged diversion of over N25 billion in tax remittances. The director who arrived at the commission in the early hours of Wednesday was arrested as part of a larger investigation of the forensic audit report of the NDDC.
