Gig Information
After months of gig dormancy, dream-fuzz trio Transistor are embarking on their largest run of shows yet, this January.
Kicking off the new year in full force, the ‘Extending Vision’ tour sees the group heading to Ōtepoti’s The Crown Hotel (Fri 15th), Tāmaki Makaurau’s Whammy Bar (Sat 16th), and Pōneke’s San Fran (Fri 22nd).
Capping things off at Eyegum Music Collective’s Welcome to Nowhere Festival in Whanganui over Waitangi Day weekend, the tour will be in support of Transistor’s upcoming single ‘Contextualise’ (15/01).
These shows will be joined by Na Noise and Ripship (AKL), Linen, Ingrid & the Ministers and Mystery Waitress (WLG) and Bathysphere (DUN), with more to be announced soon.

A wide range of festivals, concerts and events guarantee something of interest for people of all ages, and if we can maintain vigilance and remain at alert level 1, the next three months may be Whanganui s biggest event season ever.
