Sunday afternoon (1/24/21) several people reported hearing a woman screaming inside a truck, outside Nova Urgent Care. In a post shared on social media, a man reportedly made a ssshhh gesture before the screaming stopped, and the truck pulled away.
But to date, no one has come forward to provide eyewitness testimony to the account, nor has any information come out about who originated the post. And Eugene Police say security footage from Nova Urgent Care instead shows two men embracing, then talking, standing outside a black pickup. At one point, a child is taken out of the vehicle, then placed into the back seat by the driver. No one in the video appears distressed at any point.
