CAF realizes the dream of 300 orphans in Cameroon
As a part of its Social Responsibility activities, the Confederation Africane de Football (CAF) supports the Solidarity 237 movement for orphan children on the sidelines of the ongoing Total African Nations Championship (CHAN), Cameroon 2020.
This operation allowed a hundred children to attend the quarterfinal match between DR Congo and hosts Cameroon on Saturday (30 January 2021) evening at the Japoma stadium in Douala.
In joy, enthusiasm and good humor, the children from six orphanages followed the match which resulted in the qualification of the
Indomitable Lions to the semi-finals.
The operation, which will also be repeated for the semi-finals and the final with the same number of children, was welcomed by the âSolidarity 237â preident Mrs. Nourane Moluh Hassana.
