Local lawyer Harvey Strosberg has filed a $5-million civil lawsuit on behalf of a Windsor woman who has not seen two of her children in more than two years after their father flew them out of the country to Lebanon.
Khawla Khalifa, 34, has been in the midst of lengthy divorce proceedings with her former husband Achraf Zeidan.
