  The steroid 19-nortestosterone (nandrolone, 19-NT), popularized in esterified form as nandrolone decanoate (ND, Deca-durabolin or simply “Deca”), is an injectable synthetic anabolic-androgenic steroid (AAS) used in the strength and fitness community for building muscle.
