The Pittsfield Education Foundation has been forced to get creative with its fundraiser efforts this year.
The PEF is a grassroots community organization founded and comprised of local educators and community activists who seek to provide opportunities for students and teachers to achieve their greatest potential. Like many other non-profits, the group has been forced to pivot its means of raising money due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
In years past the group has hosted beer and wine tastings, dine to donates, and other events that bring people together in large groups. This year, in keeping in a dine to donate theme, has teamed up with local food purveyor KJ Nosh to create Nosh Boxes . Think Dine to Donate, but take out.
