Although no jobs were lost in the closure, the now-gutted store has caused concern among people in the City. Norwich Tourist Information Centre permanently closed

The Forum. - Credit: Archant Norwich s Tourist Information Centre has closed permanently, council bosses have announced. The centre has been based in The Forum since 2001, having previously been in The Guildhall and Augustine Steward House. It has been shut due to coronavirus restrictions since December  last year. But Norwich City Council has announced that it will not be reopening.
