GATLINBURG â Members of the Environmental Design Review Board and Municipal Board of Zoning Appeals will collectively consider four proposals when they meet on Thursday.
A request from Meagan Grohol with R2R Studio on behalf of Tennessee State Bank is the sole Environmental Design Review Board agenda item. It is a proposal for a commercial building at 414 East Parkway. The bankâs website indicates there is already a branch at that address.
Based in Knoxville, R2R Studio is an architecture firm with multiple completed commercial projects in Sevier County.
These include KaTom Restaurant Supply, Sugarlands Distilling Company in downtown Gatlinburg and improvements at Smokies Stadium.
