Proceeds of print sales donated to Madison Food to Fork Tue, 05/11/2021 - 4:57pm By  Jo Dee Blac The outstanding success of the Ennis-area O’Dell Creek Restoration Project, which began two decades ago, is recognized with a NorthWestern Energy-commissioned painting by renowned Montana artist Monte Dolack. The original artwork “Restoring Our Waters” is on display at the Ennis Chamber of Commerce. All proceeds from the sale of prints of the work will be donated to Madison Farm to Fork, which in partnership with the Madison Conservation District and the Ennis School District, created the Gardens, Resources, Outdoors, Wildlife and Watershed (GROWW) program for youth.

Today populations of the bird have increased significantly in the Treasure State and also across the country. Ravens thrive around humans and the food sources such as landfills that humans create. Ravens are now a challenge for energy companies because their numbers -flocks of thousands. They roost on power lines and leave droppings on insulators. When the dried droppings combine with fog or light rain, it creates the perfect opportunity for outages.
