The four, all female in their 20s, returned to Cambodia on Jan. 5 via land borders, the statement said. The trio, aged 29, 31 and 36, were arrested during raids earlier this week in capital Phnom Penh and Northwestern Banteay Meanchey province, the police said. During the raids, the police had seized a total of 2.1 kilograms of drugs including crystal methamphetamine, ketamine, ecstasy, and nimetazepam, the National Police said on its website. Cambodia has no death sentence for drug traffickers. Under its law, someone found guilty of trafficking more than 80 grams of drugs could be jailed for life.
