luther who is on the phone now. he is the director of emergency management for the washington county in arkansas. john, thank you so much for joining us. tell us what you know. well, this morning i know that we, obviously, had a tornado that went through the community of cincinnati and western part of washington county here in arkansas. it came in just before daylight, some time around 06:00. we had three confirmed fatalities and nine transported injuries to hospitals by ambulance. and right now we re just trying to start, you know, some sort of recovery. the rescue effort has ended and i have to say that our hats are off to all the responders coordination between fire, ems, law enforcement and the local community went very, very well. and we re just here now on the scene working with the state emergency management office and the locals to start, you know, setting things up for recovery. so, john, are you confident that you reached everyone who is in need?
