Mitchell will replace Beth Holden, who has been promoted to Chief Client Services Officer. Mitchell brings over 37 years of experience in social work, including 19 years with Howard Center s Early Childhood Family Mental Health Program where she began as a clinician and later served as a supervisor, intake coordinator, and assistant director.
