A residential development in Algonquin, built on the former Terrace Hill Golf Course, is on track to have people start moving in later this year.
The Trails of Woods Creek, a single-family residential development with 279 units, is being developed in stages, with houses in three neighborhoods on the northern part of the property will be on sale in the late spring, said Rob Getz, developer Pulte Homes vice president of land acquisition.
