ROSEBURG, Ore. – Roseburg residents are holding onto hope that plans for a new In-N-Out location pans out in the near future.
According to the In-N-Out’s site review plans submitted to the City of Roseburg, the California-based company is planning to build the potential restaurant on an empty lot on Northwest Aviation Drive.
It said the building will be about 3,800 square feet with 71 parking spots, a drive through, patio seating and new landscaping.
