The Northumberland County Housing Corporation and Northumberland County have unveiled the first phase of the Elgin Park affordable housing redevelopment in Cobourg.
A grand opening on Friday saw two units at Elgin Park now available for residents. The goal is to expand the number of housing units from 18 to 40 by 2025.
