Severe weather leaves hundreds without power in Northern Minnesota
NORTHERN MINNESOTA Severe weather moving through the Northland Friday night has caused hundreds to lose their power.
According to Lake Country Power, over 1,700 members are without power. The main impacted areas are just North of Orr, in the area of Lake Vermillion, which is near Tower and in Ely.
Minnesota Power also has 320 customers without power. Their main impacted areas are near International Falls.
No word on when power will be restored to these areas.
