The Franklin County Solid Waste Management District is holding its fall “Clean Sweep” Bulky Waste Recycling Day on Saturday, Oct. 22, from 9 a.m. to noon.The three drop-off sites are Mohawk Trail Regional School, 26 Ashfield Road, the Northfield.
