Still holding 40 in cape may. And the winds right now not all that strong in the Single Digits just about everywhere so you dont have to worry about a big deal wind chill even though temperatures themselves are a little bit colder. Looks like well still be in the 30s by 7 oclock. Well improve again today, though. 46 degrees by noon and by 3 oclock a high of 53 degrees, well above the average high of roughly 45 in the immediate region and Still Holding 50 by 3 oclock and down to 47 by 7 oclock. This overturned tractortrailer on the ramp from the blue route northbound to the schuylkill westbound and when i showed you this earlier we had no police on the scene. I know its dark but now puck make out thabut now youcan makee arrived. Traffic is squeezing by an overturned tractortrailer so watch for that one. Looking outside live on the vine street expressway and we can see traffics opened. We have no problems right now. The overnight construction is cleared but crews will return again tonight at 11 oclock, shut the vine down in both directions so well watch for

We have police here set up flares. Weaver seeing traffic is squeezing by on this ramp at this point and were hearing that the tractortrailer was empty. The driver was not injured according to state police. There you see all the flares set up as traffic kind of squeezes by. Right now weve got pretty light volume.
