Employers are being urged to sign up to a youth job scheme to help improve the lives and prospects of the next generation of workers in York and North Yorkshire. The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is hosting the free online event for local businesses to showcase the benefits of the government’s £2bn Kickstart scheme. The event is on Friday, July 16, between 10am and 11am via Microsoft Teams and employers can sign up at Event Brite.
