The owner of a Bellevue mailbox and document shredding business could be facing charges after he allegedly discarded customers documents in a dumpster without shredding them, helping fuel several identity theft cases with information taken from the materials, police said.
Nasser Ali, owner of Pak Mail in Bellevue, was taken into custody last week, investigators said.
Police booked Ali, 42, on suspicion of trafficking in stolen property and charges, according to a written statement by the department. Police have forwarded the case to the King County Prosecutor s Office to determine if charges will be filed.
