Everyone is super excited about Tuska, who has a spot on the plaza outside Bryant-Denny Stadium at the University of Alabama. Tuscaloosa’s newest selfie spot is a bronze elephant statue that is 7-tons and 19-feet tall.
Tuska made his new home on Monday, April 12, 2021, and is the talk of Tuscaloosa. It was a gift by The Westervelt Company and a generous gift from Bill and Mary Battle. Tuska was located at the North River Yacht Club. Click here to view footage from the Tuscaloosa Thread.
As we prepare for an exciting A-Day celebration, I’m sure Tuska will be a point of interest. Tuska even caught the attention of redshirt junior Slade Bolden, a wide receiver for the University of Alabama. When asked at a recent press conference, what he thought about the elephant statue, he commented that “I saw that, a picture of it. I thought it was really cool.
