Temporary weight restrictions that went into effect on certain County roads on March 8 will be lifted on May 13. Permanent weight limits remain in place.
Temporary restrictions have been in place for the following roads:
Birdseye Rd. Williams St to Highway 279.
Causeway Way (Lake Helena Dr.) Lincoln Rd. East to end of asphalt.
Collins Dr. South Lincoln Rd. East to Masonic Home Rd.
Country Club Ave. Joslyn St. to Williams St.
Forestvale Rd. Green Meadow Dr. to North Montana Ave.
Highway 284 Jimtown Rd. to Broadwater County line.
Masonic Home Rd. Collins Dr. S. to Frontage Rd.
Jim Town Rd. Asphalt Highway 284 to end of asphalt.

A new hardware store in the North Valley is saving people a drive into town plus reflecting growth that is taking place just above Helena.
Valley Ace Hardware at Lincoln Road and North Montana Avenue opened Jan. 12, had its grand opening April 22-25, and business is going really well, said Stephanie Jones, the manager.

The 12,000-square-foot store has about 15 employees and is open 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.
Steve Bartmess, the owner and Stephanieâs dad, also owns Bobâs Valley Market on the other side of the parking lot.
