Hong Kong: Woman goes missing from quarantine The Hospital Authority today said a 25-year-old woman under compulsory quarantine at the Penny’s Bay Quarantine Centre has absconded after visiting a doctor at North Lantau Hospital. The authority’s Chief Manager (Quality & Standards) Dr Lau Ka-hin told reporters at a press briefing this afternoon that the woman felt unwell this morning and was taken by ambulance to the hospital.
