Share Karl Eastaughffe launched Taboo a decade ago, thinking it would be short-term gig but the club has gone from strength to strength. When Taboo started, I was only giving it two to three years max … but 10 years later, we re going absolutely strong, Mr Eastaughffe said.  Taboo is one of the few family-friendly drag clubs in Australia and the queens have helped mentor Logan as he navigates the world of drag. The personal lives of some of the queens was the subject of a documentary earlier this year - and there are now plans to take Logan s story even further with full-length feature film.

It was just a spark that flew in me … it s just another way of acting and performing for me, he said. Logan made his drag debut at the North Ipswich Bowls Club, south-west of Brisbane, at just 10 years old.
